Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Architect or Lead Engineer.
- Proven customer-facing consulting or Professional Services experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ownership and technical leadership in multi-team or multi-client environments.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS architecture, networking, IAM, KMS, and operational security.
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise, including reusable modules and state management.
- Practical experience designing and validating high availability and Disaster Recovery for stateful workloads.
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Helm, including networking, ingress, RBAC, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of API Gateways and integration architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git-based delivery, security controls, monitoring, and observability.
- Professional working proficiency in Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and technical delivery for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Disaster Recovery, and API Management projects.
- Turn ambiguous requirements into actionable architecture decisions, delivery scope, and phased plans.
- Design resilient AWS Disaster Recovery architectures, covering high availability, backup/restore, replication, and failover strategies.
- Define and implement Terraform and Infrastructure as Code foundations, including governance, CI/CD, and drift detection.
- Design and deploy cloud-native API Management platforms using Gravitee, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Coordinate engineers and stakeholders across parallel workstreams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Remain hands-on with creating or reviewing Terraform modules, Helm charts, Kubernetes resources, and delivery pipelines.
- Lead Disaster Recovery exercises, failover tests, and platform readiness reviews.
- Prepare architecture documentation, runbooks, and technical standards, and provide client enablement.
