Requirements
- Hold a full and unrestricted license in good standing in New Mexico (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW).
- Hold a Masters degree.
- Complete 15-25 hours of direct clinical work during evening and/or weekend hours.
- Maintain availability on Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM or on Saturdays/Sundays.
- Participate in 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation.
- Complete cross-license application process during onboarding.
- Willingness to treat children and adolescents after attending specialized training.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with treating OCD with ERP is preferred.
- Provide a confidential, private location to work remotely with reliable internet access.
- Comfortable using technology for clinical practice and communication.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, assess, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to members via the NOCD video platform.
- Manage caseloads and clinical scheduling effectively.
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system.
- Participate in weekly group clinical consultation, training, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with the provider network to develop and reinforce treatment decisions.
