Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base).
- Proven experience with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Demonstrated competency in software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Experience working with large data sets and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as an independent developer.
- Excellent communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and systems requirements into solutions.
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance improvements.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development tasks.
