Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance experience.
- Solid understanding of cash management and liquidity forecasting.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with a controls-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with lenders, auditors, and senior leadership.
- Self-starter capable of thriving with ownership and ambiguity.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during normal business hours with weeknight and weekend availability as needed.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
Responsibilities
- Own daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank account administration across all entities.
- Establish, document, and enforce treasury controls including payment workflows and bank security protocols.
- Manage debt compliance reporting for credit facilities, including covenant calculations and lender reporting packages.
- Maintain banking relationships and serve as a primary contact for treasury operations.
- Monitor interest rate exposure and debt service obligations while modeling liquidity for network expansion.
- Support capital markets and financing activity including facility amendments and new funding.
- Build and improve treasury systems and processes to bring structure to the finance function.
