Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript (production-grade).
- Solid experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Experience designing scalable architectures and APIs.
- Familiarity with modern tooling (Vite, PNPM, Turborepo).
- Strong understanding of testing strategies and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability.
- English level: C1+ (client-ready).
Responsibilities
- Define and lead application architecture and technical decisions.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure clean API and UI integration.
- Implement core frontend features using React when required.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality, performance, and security standards.
- Work closely with QA to identify, triage, and resolve defects.
- Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.
