Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in legal services, grant writing, ESG, sustainability, public policy, compliance, or corporate responsibility.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies or missing information.
- Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in corporate legal affairs, contract review, regulatory compliance, grant management, fundraising, ESG reporting, or sustainability strategy.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate legal, grant-related, ESG, policy, and compliance documents.
- Assess professional work products for accuracy, quality, completeness, clarity, and relevance.
- Provide objective, structured feedback based on established evaluation criteria.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, gaps, compliance concerns, and areas requiring improvement.
- Review proposals, policies, reports, presentations, applications, frameworks, and other domain-specific materials.
- Compare and assess different outputs against defined standards and requirements.
- Document observations and recommendations clearly and concisely.
