Requirements
- 4–6+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating range across brand, social, and campaign work.
- Mandatory experience in motion design.
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent sense of composition, layout, typography, and color.
- Experience working within or helping develop design systems.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interest in sports design or esports.
- Ability to present or defend creative decisions directly to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and animate a wide range of assets including campaign visuals, social content, product marketing, CRM, and partner collateral.
- Partner with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, and Event teams to provide design support.
- Work within the existing design system while helping evolve it as the brand grows.
- Develop reusable templates and components to increase team efficiency.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear and compelling designs.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
