Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience designing scalable and maintainable systems.
- Extensive full-stack experience with Python, React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI toolings, including LLMs.
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Firestore, MongoDB) databases.
- Strong cloud services management skills with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Ability to diagnose performance issues in distributed systems.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable system architectures.
- Act as an acting Tech Lead when required to make key technical decisions.
- Build prototypes and proof of concepts for production features.
- Diagnose and solve architectural and technical issues across systems.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor and support junior engineers in system design and cloud technologies.
- Present design documents and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
