Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/testing, with a focus on mobile app testing.
- Experience with test automation tools, framework and implementing a process from scratch.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including familiarity with their respective development environments and debugging tools.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with manual testing, defect logging and participating in Agile ceremonies.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Availability to work during core office hours (10AM EST to 3PM EST).
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on iOS and Android mobile applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on user experience, functionality, and performance.
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues found during testing.
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the QA process and testing procedures.
- Execute test cases and report bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, Notion, and Slack.
