- Fluent Russian and B2+ English proficiency
- Ability to review and negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with external counsel
- Business-oriented, hands-on approach and ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support to the business
- Handle corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Support the company on cross-border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Independently handle routine legal matters and provide practical legal advice to the business
- Identify complex or jurisdiction-specific matters requiring external expertise, engage appropriate external legal counsel, and coordinate their work
