Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure design.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2022+ and Windows 11+.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with Microsoft Lighthouse, GDAP, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency with Apple Operating Systems.
- Ability to utilize Zendesk, Asana, and OneNote.
- Ability to move equipment and lift 50 lbs.
- Commitment to ongoing technical certification maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal technical team.
- Deliver advanced technical projects, including cloud migrations and infrastructure design.
- Perform daily remote client support, monitoring, and backup reviews.
- Record and maintain internal and client-side technical documentation.
- Manage project workflows, ensuring deliverables meet SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
- Mentor and train the technical team on projects and best practices.
- Function as a customer success escalation resource during the 2PM–5PM PT window.
