Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or Agile Product Owner roles.
- Demonstrated experience with backlog ownership and delivery accountability.
- Proven experience owning a product or regional backlog with direct stakeholder accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Strong understanding of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Expertise in omni-channel solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product goals, priorities, and backlog execution for the global eCommerce value stream.
- Own backlog prioritization to maximize business value, breaking epics and features into delivery-ready stories.
- Elicit, document, and own business and functional requirements, translating stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary business point of contact for regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and scope.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure they are addressed by all constituents.
- Provide customer support via system documentation, demos, and direct conversation.
- Inspect, accept, and validate delivered solutions against business outcomes and acceptance criteria.
