- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends (if necessary).
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and clear interpretation of verbal communication between Japanese-speaking patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards such as HIPAA.
- Accurately interpret complex medical terminology in both languages.
- Facilitate communication and ensure understanding between healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring cultural sensitivity.
