Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12 or more years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Pro Integrations certification preferred.
- Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI.
- Build inbound and outbound integrations connecting Workday with payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, finance, and analytics systems.
- Develop XSLT transformations within Workday Studio integrations, applying disciplined templating practices.
- Implement integrations using Workday REST and SOAP web services.
- Design error handling, retry, and notification strategies for reliable operations.
- Develop and maintain integration system users, ISSGs, security configurations, and tenant-level setup.
- Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and report-as-a-service integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and runbooks.
- Support production incidents and participate in release planning and regression testing.
