Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- At least 12 months of professional experience using Claude Code in the SDLC.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js, RESTful/event-driven APIs, and clean code practices.
- Solid frontend development experience with Vue.js (Composition API, state management, routing).
- Proven experience applying Claude AI across implementation, testing, code review, and maintenance.
- Hands-on proficiency with Claude Code for repository-level tasks and branch workflows.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration.
- Experience configuring and managing context files, custom subagents, and prompt templates.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, Azure infrastructure, Docker, Redis, and MongoDB.
- Experience with API management, OAuth2/OIDC, and automated testing.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2+ level.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain backend services and modern frontend interfaces for high-scale SaaS platforms.
- Act as the team's Focal Point for AI Augmentation by embedding Claude AI across all SDLC phases.
- Utilize Claude Code in daily development workflows for repository-level tasks, diff reviews, and pull request management.
- Configure and maintain project context files and standardized prompt libraries for recurring tasks.
- Integrate agents with internal tools and databases via Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Implement CI/CD quality automations using hooks and Claude for automated reviews and compliance checks.
- Conduct pair programming and developer enablement to build team capability in AI-assisted workflows.
