Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Eight or more years of professional experience as a Data Analytics Architect or Senior Data Integration Developer.
- Minimum of one year of full-lifecycle greenfield architectural experience.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in data modeling (dimensional and normalized), data integration, and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Experience with ETL/ELT development, pipeline orchestration, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with source control management tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and JIRA.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or KANBAN methodologies.
- Willingness to travel 4-6 times per year (max 24 days annually).
- Must reside in WI, IL, IA, MI, OH, IN, NC, AR, AZ, or SD.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient data analytics solutions.
- Develop end-to-end data analytics architectures covering data integration, warehousing, modeling, and visualization.
- Implement data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize data processing and query performance.
- Partner with security teams to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineers and cross-functional teams.
