Requirements
- 5+ years of Shopify / Shopify Plus development experience
- Strong proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Deep knowledge of Shopify APIs, webhooks, and custom app development
- Direct experience integrating TikTok Shop with Shopify
- Experience building and maintaining 3PL integrations such as ShipBob, ShipHero, or Deliverr
- Experience working with high-volume ecommerce stores ($10M+/year)
- Familiarity with headless commerce and Shopify Hydrogen
- Experience with multi-currency, international, and multi-storefront configurations
- Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion optimization and site performance
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems across interconnected systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of Shopify Plus architecture, performance, and custom development.
- Develop using Liquid, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Hydrogen to support storefront functionality.
- Manage TikTok Shop integration, including catalog sync, order routing, and inventory management.
- Build and maintain integrations with 3PLs, ERPs, and middleware using APIs and webhooks.
- Optimize checkout flow, site speed, and Core Web Vitals for conversion.
- Oversee multi-storefront, multi-currency, and international configurations.
- Mentor and review the work of junior developers on the team.
- Collaborate with growth, marketing, operations, product, and finance teams.
