Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
- LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC) OR Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN).
- 2+ years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
- Ability to work assigned full-time shifts (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
- Comfort adopting new technology platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- EAP or clinical call center experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage client crises by providing brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.
- Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities.
- Identify roadblocks to clinical care options using proprietary software.
- Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
- Provide in-the-moment support via phone and email.
