Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent.
  • LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC) OR Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN).
  • 2+ years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
  • Ability to work assigned full-time shifts (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
  • Comfort adopting new technology platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • EAP or clinical call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client crises by providing brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.
  • Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities.
  • Identify roadblocks to clinical care options using proprietary software.
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
  • Provide in-the-moment support via phone and email.
