Requirements
- Advanced degree in science.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in promotional medical education.
- Proven experience with advisory boards, speaker programs, and slide decks.
- Experience in oncology, preferably within solid tumors (e.g., Glioma, ALL, Gastric/GEA, breast).
- Proficiency in established professional medical editorial processes and AMA style.
- Strong understanding of ethical guidelines in medical communications.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex scientific data.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines with limited direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee scientific content planning for assigned oncology accounts.
- Provide strategic medical communication recommendations to support brand goals.
- Lead the execution of content development activities independently.
- Supervise and mentor Associate Scientific Directors.
- Collaborate with internal and freelance staff to manage writing and content tasks.
- Conduct background research, data-checking, and reference annotation.
