Requirements
- University education or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, digital media, or marketing.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
- Ability to create clean, accessible, and visually consistent layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Intermediate level Spanish proficiency (Level 3).
- Submission of a Spanish resume and statement of interest.
- Access to home office equipment and a reliable internet connection.
- Provide two professional references and one personal reference if shortlisted.
- Agree to uphold the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy and Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
- Design a professional layout for the Institutional Strategic Plan aligned with brand and communication needs.
- Create visuals including cover pages, icons, charts, and infographics to improve readability.
- Develop an editable presentation template for use by board, donor, and staff stakeholders.
- Collaborate remotely to review content and incorporate feedback.
- Provide editable source files for internal staff use.
