Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree or comparable professional experience
- 5 to 10 years of Java development experience
- Expertise in Liferay Web Content Management System (CMS)
- Experience working on CMS migrations
- Extensive knowledge in Liferay themes and fragments development
- Extensive knowledge of Liferay out-of-box features, widgets, and custom module development
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Angular, JSON, and XML
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Create a utility to import content from OpenCms to Liferay DXP including metadata, taxonomy, and multilingual content
- Create multilingual websites and integrate LDAP with users, roles, and permissions
- Design themes, layouts, page templates, and fragments based on Web Style Guides
- Create workflows and user dashboards
- Develop Liferay custom modules like portlets and hooks based on requirements
- Integrate Google search and provide daily team updates
