Requirements
- Passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile (official score report required)
- 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher)
- Experience tutoring the LSAT exam in the last 3 years
- 1–3 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desired
- Ability to teach remotely, up to 40 hours per week
- Passionate about education
- Conscientious, punctual, and reliable
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proactive, efficient, team-oriented, and coachable
Responsibilities
- Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT exam, 40 hours per week
- Tailor an LSAT curriculum to students' needs
- Track and analyze student progress
- Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
- Keep students' families up to date on progress
- Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Teach all sections of the LSAT
- Take on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors
