Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data ingestion
- Strong understanding of identity resolution
- Strong understanding of segmentation and activation
- Strong understanding of data governance and privacy basics
- Proficiency with SQL (ability to write complex queries without AI)
- Experience working with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Responsibilities
- Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360
- Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners
- Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels
- Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs
