Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering, including architecture and integration work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with event-to-incident workflow design and ITSM tooling.
- Working knowledge of OpenTelemetry instrumentation patterns and collector operations.
- Experience building dashboards and operational reporting views for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Splunk SOAR or Ansible in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead observability and monitoring operations integration and workflow support, including event-to-incident patterns.
- Manage events and incident support tied to monitoring platforms.
- Provide visualization support, including dashboards, operational views, and reporting.
- Support OpenTelemetry implementation, including instrumentation patterns, collector operations, and telemetry handling.
- Implement automation solutions using Splunk SOAR or Ansible.
