Responsibilities
- Manage Fever’s Back Offices by creating, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms.
- Perform daily operational monitoring of published experiences to ensure correct setup and performance.
- Collaborate daily with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Finance teams to support configurations and operational improvements.
- Oversee day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, identify issues, and coordinate technical fixes.
- Participate in weekly meetings to align priorities, report operational issues, and support marketplace continuity.
