Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of client relationship management or account management experience.
- Working knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships in a virtual environment.
- Proficiency with technology tools such as GSuite and CRM platforms.
- Aptitude for consultative selling and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively via video conferencing, email, and phone.
- Capacity to work in a remote-first environment with a dedicated home office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including strategically pairing contractors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contractors, providing guidance on accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll best practices.
- Oversee a client roster with a focus on retention, engagement growth, and maximizing account duration.
- Collaborate on contract updates, renewals, and terminations to support evolving client needs.
- Resolve client and contractor concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Communicate professionally and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Utilize GSuite, CRM systems, and other collaboration tools to maintain documentation and streamline workflows.
