Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of backend development with Python
- 2+ years of frontend development experience; React is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support
- Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems
- Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Business level proficiency in the English language – written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
- Contribute to frontend development, including React-based applications
- Define technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment
- Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and customer-facing solutions
- Ensure high standards of scalability, reliability, testing, and production support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support and enhance production systems while continuously improving architecture and engineering practices
