Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of high-ticket sales experience via phone or video.
- Proven track record of closing deals of $9,000+.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Coachable with a willingness to follow a script and process.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, and Close CRM.
- Familiarity with selling coaching and digital services (preferred).
- Willingness to perform outbound dialing to secure appointments.
Responsibilities
- Lead 1-on-1 video sales calls with warm prospective customers.
- Follow a 7-phase sales script to guide prospects to a decision.
- Take 6 booked inbound calls each day.
- Set additional appointments from outbound calls and referrals.
- Maintain detailed records in the Close CRM and sales tracker.
- Join daily team meetings and monthly performance reviews with sales management.
