Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience developing high-performance ML systems.
- Experience training and optimizing DNNs for segmentation, depth, and related perception tasks with large-scale datasets.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid grasp of vision and deep learning fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Experience building and deploying full-stack ML pipelines (nice-to-have).
- Edge deployment or real-time optimization experience (nice-to-have).
- Experience with robotics, CVML, multi-view geometry, or SLAM (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of robotics libraries such as ROS / ROS2 (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize CVML models and training pipelines for perception tasks including segmentation and depth estimation.
- Own the full ML development lifecycle: from initial prototyping through to production-scale deployment on edge and cloud systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate perception models into autonomous tractor initiatives.
- Evaluate and improve model performance through rigorous implementation, testing, and analysis of metrics across large-scale datasets.
- Contribute to advancing autonomous agriculture by applying cutting-edge machine learning and computer vision techniques.
