Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar technical leadership role
- Strong background at an Architect level or as a strong team lead
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab CI/CD
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Java, Python, and C++
- Proficiency in Unix command line and shell scripting
- Understanding of networking protocols and cloud technology stacks
- Strong soft skills for effective communication and team management
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Responsibilities
- Communicate with client application teams to identify security and technical gaps
- Propose and implement fixes for identified vulnerabilities and technical debt
- Integrate solutions across existing infrastructure and pipelines
- Manage and guide the team through technical initiatives
- Analyze security reports to determine necessary application upgrades
- Prioritize and address security and technical backlog items
- Evaluate and resolve technical challenges across different technologies
- Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders
