Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base).
- Proven experience as a developer independent of the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Experience working with large data sets and data analysis/modeling.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Provide architectural input and help maintain platform stability by ensuring appropriate design and development standards.
- Work in multiple instances and domains supporting internal and external customers.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop business and systems requirements.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.
