Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in plumbing design.
- Proven experience designing and modeling plumbing systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities.
- Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary, vent, and storm drainage systems.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit is required.
- Experience producing coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.
- Understanding of applicable plumbing and building codes and standards.
- Experience coordinating plumbing systems with other engineering disciplines.
- Written and spoken English B1 level or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Use BIM tools to model plumbing systems and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Develop plumbing system layouts and detailed designs for mission-critical facilities.
- Design and model domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, storm drainage, and other systems.
- Perform plumbing calculations and support equipment and piping sizing.
- Produce coordinated BIM models and construction drawings.
- Coordinate plumbing systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with design intent.
- Prepare technical documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
