Requirements

Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Maintain an active license to practice in the state(s) where patients reside
Commitment to evidence-based care and professional development
Effective communication skills with patients and carers
Experience treating eating disorders, emotion dysregulation, suicidal ideation, and substance use
Experience treating trauma, mood, anxiety, personality, and ADHD disorders
Ability to work full-time hours, including two evenings per week until 6 PM
Ability to attend mandatory meetings and participate in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for psychiatrically complex patients.
Implement medication treatment plans for individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic.
Evaluate eating disorder-related medical risk within the psychiatric scope of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of medical providers, dietitians, therapists, and mentors.
Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team.
Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and learning opportunities.
