Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience building end-to-end NLP and deep learning models in production.
- Hands-on experience developing production systems using LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini).
- Expert knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience with asynchronous Python and REST API services (FastAPI, Flask).
- Solid understanding of ML concepts, including model evaluation, versioning, and production prompt management.
- Strong software engineering skills with experience deploying models to production.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Polish language proficiency at C1 level.
- Passion for self-development and staying current with AI/ML research publications.
- Strong team-player mindset.
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or other common ML frameworks is a plus.
- MLOps experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 'Lyro', a sophisticated RAG-based AI Agent utilizing Claude and Gemini models.
- Build multi-agent orchestration for complex procedure execution with tracking and verification.
- Create advanced AI-powered tools for product search, comparison, and recommendation.
- Design ML systems to manage knowledge base quality, including contradiction detection and duplicate identification.
- Develop internal AI assistants to aid users in platform onboarding and configuration.
- Design and optimize context engines to dynamically manage data sources and guidelines for LLMs.
