Requirements
- 7+ years of infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience.
- Professional history in network administration, and/or relevant certifications.
- Experience managing cloud platform environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Experience using Infrastructure as Code to version-control networking and cloud platform assets (Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Strong Linux systems administration experience (performance tuning, kernel optimizations, security hardening).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming languages (TypeScript, Golang, Rust).
- Experience operating production Kubernetes environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and IAM.
- Experience designing resilient, highly available distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure.
- Manage networking across cloud and on-premises environments, including routing, peering, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and load balancing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain assets using Infrastructure as Code pipelines.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
- Architect highly available, secure, and scalable cloud environments.
- Improve observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Partner with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and platform reliability.
- Work with the Security team to develop and implement security best practices, identity management, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
