Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals including supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments using APIs, batch pipelines, or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Solid software engineering practices including version control, testing, and code quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker.
- Knowledge of cloud ML infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP techniques including transformers, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation tasks.
- Build and maintain data pipelines with data engineers for model training and inference.
- Evaluate and select appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and architectures.
- Train, validate, and fine-tune models while ensuring generalization.
- Deploy models to production and build robust inference pipelines.
- Monitor model performance and implement retraining and drift detection strategies.
- Integrate AI features into applications in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Conduct experiments, document findings, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with AI/ML research and contribute to MLOps practices.
