Job Details

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple brands, industries, formats and marketing channels
Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, spacing and visual storytelling
Ability to translate a written brief and business objective into a clear and effective visual concept
Experience designing for digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, landing pages and presentations
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to maintain and work within existing brand guidelines
Comfortable working with limited art direction and taking ownership of the design process
Ability to articulate the reasoning behind a design decision
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills for presenting to clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client briefs, campaign goals and target audiences
Design campaign assets across digital, social and print for multiple client accounts
Create and adapt layouts for different formats, platforms and channels while maintaining visual consistency
Maintain and extend client brand systems, including typography, colour, imagery and graphic elements
Design landing pages, digital ads, social media assets, presentations and other marketing materials
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, developers and other creative team members to bring campaigns to life
Present and defend design decisions directly to clients
Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different client accounts
Prepare and hand off production-ready files to stakeholders
