Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience trading discretionary intraday futures strategies.
- Minimum of Seven Figure Net annual PNL performance or demonstrated track record on track for this level.
- Must arrive with a refined, profitable trading methodology.
- Experience with CME, ICE, or Eurex markets preferred.
- Technical sophistication and desire to move beyond retail or limited platforms.
- Exceptional discipline with commitment to risk management and emotional control.
- Growth mindset with a drive for continuous learning and innovation.
- Ability to work from Chicago, Dublin, or London offices, with remote options for exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own account within a global team of talented individual traders.
- Scale and optimize existing strategies by leveraging company technology and capital.
- Identify, research, and exploit new market opportunities.
- Participate in high-level conversations regarding market fundamentals and execution techniques.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to refine and scale trading strategies.
- Collaborate directly with developers to customize and enhance the trading platform.
