Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10 years of professional Java development experience.
- Expertise in Liferay Web Content Management System (CMS).
- Proven experience working on CMS migrations.
- Extensive knowledge in Liferay themes and fragments development.
- Extensive knowledge of Liferay out-of-box features and widgets.
- Extensive knowledge of Liferay custom modules development and search integration.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Angular, JSON, and XML.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work the European schedule.
Responsibilities
- Create a utility to import content from OpenCms to Liferay DXP including static/structured content, metadata, taxonomy, tags, and multilingual content.
- Build multilingual websites and integrate LDAP for user, group, and role management.
- Develop themes, layouts, page templates, and fragments based on Web Style Guides.
- Create workflows and user dashboards.
- Develop custom Liferay modules including portlets and hooks.
- Integrate Google search.
- Provide daily updates and collaborate with team members.
