Requirements
- At least 3+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
- Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of ML libraries like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
- Expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Knowledge of LLMs, including semantic search, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- High proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Consulting experience with direct client interaction and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles (GitHub and GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Design AI solution architectures that meet complex business goals.
- Research, test, and select optimal tools and AI solutions for business requirements.
- Translate business problems into actionable data science problems.
- Oversee implementation of data pipelines and workflows with high standards for data quality and security.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to strategize and oversee AI application development.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure timely delivery.
