Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a similar relationship-focused role.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ability to communicate effectively via email, calls, and video calls.
- Comfortable using everyday software tools including Slack, Notion, and Google Suite.
- Ability to pick up new software tools quickly.
- Self-starter who can manage workload independently without close supervision.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the existing affiliate network as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries.
- Onboard new affiliates into the partner network.
- Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide clear, simple reports to the team.
- Flag issues early and use judgment to determine when to handle tasks independently or escalate.
- Handle commission payments, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
