Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow suite including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, and Knowledge Base.
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a developer independent of the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated competency in IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Knowledge of PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
- Experience working on project teams leveraging Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Experience working with large data sets and data modeling.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability by enforcing design and development standards.
- Work independently and as part of a technical team across multiple instances and domains.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Analyze system performance issues and determine enhancements.
