Requirements
- Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline related to the biopharma industry.
- 3+ years of successful experience in process development or process/manufacturing support.
- Relevant technical expertise within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex challenges through structured processes.
- Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive and self-driven work approach.
- Domestic travel required as business needs arise; potential for international travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve account targets and market share objectives in coordination with local sales and key account teams.
- Identify new opportunities at customer sites to drive adoption of Single Use Technology.
- Support, coach, and coordinate local sales teams and application professionals regarding SUT activities.
- Collaborate on major SUT projects with the Integrated Solutions department.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives within the SUT environment.
- Monitor and manage the key account molecule pipeline.
