Requirements
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model validation, and evaluation metrics.
- Strong knowledge of neural network architectures, training principles, loss functions, and deep learning metrics.
- Hands-on experience with classic NLP including text preprocessing, vectorization, classification, NER, and transformer models like BERT.
- Practical experience with LLM fine-tuning and adaptation (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, prompt tuning, prefix tuning).
- Familiarity with alignment approaches such as RLHF and DPO.
- Understanding of data preparation, instruction tuning, quantization, and deployment using frameworks like vLLM and SGLang.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Solid knowledge of linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization.
- Proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Transformers.
- B2+ English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments with LLMs using architectures and techniques like SFT, RLHF, and Adapters to enhance model capabilities.
- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks for AI bots, including both offline and online performance and accuracy metrics.
- Optimize AI models for inference to ensure production-grade speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the product pipeline.
