Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, specifically in high-traffic production environments.
- 1+ years of experience owning ML systems end-to-end in production, including on-call and incident response.
- Proficiency with streaming architectures such as Kafka, Flink, or PubSub.
- Expertise in building low-latency services capable of serving model inference in under 100ms.
- Deep experience building ML platforms for managing the full lifecycle using tools like SageMaker or VertexAI.
- Experience managing Vector DBs, Graph Databases, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Proficiency with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, and cluster-level management.
- Expert-level programming skills in Python.
- Proficiency in Go.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with Infrastructure, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end machine learning infrastructure for experimental and production services.
- Develop automated, low-latency services to serve model inferences in milliseconds.
- Create and optimize a centralized feature store for training across diverse business domains.
- Operate core ML platform components for training and experimentation while championing developer experience.
- Implement best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build observability tools for ML systems to detect and address data drift and model degradation.
