Requirements
- Native-level spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
- Ability to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about sensitive, personal topics.
- Availability to work US time zones, 5–6 days per week.
- Requirement for a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Access to fast, stable internet.
- High level of self-management and independence.
- High emotional intelligence and a growth mindset.
- Prior appointment setting or phone sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with dialers or CRMs such as Close, Aloware, or Dialer IO is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound volume by dialing approximately 150 warm, ad-generated leads per day who have not yet booked a call.
- Run 15–30 minute screening evaluation calls to qualify fit and build lead intent.
- Book qualified appointments directly onto the sales team's calendars.
- Perform persistent follow-ups to re-engage leads who do not book on the first touch.
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline through light administrative tasks.
