Requirements
- 5+ years of production software experience, with meaningful time in a startup or high-ownership environment.
- Data & experimentation infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated ability to weigh technical tradeoffs between velocity and system health.
- Experience translating ambiguous product requirements into scoped, well-defined work units.
- History of working closely with a strong Product Manager on a user-facing team.
- Understanding of the highly iterative nature of Growth/top-of-funnel work.
- Willingness to abandon unsuccessful experiments.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve data integration infrastructure, including data infrastructure, marketing enablement, customer communication tools, and experimentation data flows.
- Build the connective tissue between Growth's external tools and internal systems.
- Partner closely with the broader Growth team to translate fast-moving priorities into well-scoped, executable engineering work.
- Balance velocity with system health by making deliberate tradeoffs and documenting reasoning.
- Work across the full product stack as needed, maintaining a generalist product engineering mindset.
