Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner experience.
- Hands-on Murex expertise in testing (MXtest), integration, or technical configuration.
- Domain experience in Payments, SWIFT, or FX (auto-pricing, hedging, risk management, trade booking, or lifecycle).
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and drive requirements from the business.
- Strong execution-mindset and ownership of end-to-end product delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for working in high-stakes, trader-facing environments.
- Ability to maintain a 5-6-hour overlap with US Eastern business hours.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Collect and drive requirements directly with the business and advise on technical feasibility.
- Translate requirements into Jira tickets, manage the backlog, and hold the development team accountable for quality delivery.
- Leverage deep Murex and capital markets, payments, or FX domain knowledge to ensure requirements are technically grounded.
- Execute acceptance testing to verify that delivered work meets established requirements.
- Define test strategies, scope integration requirements, and perform data mapping between Murex and downstream systems.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, testing, or delivery tasks.
