Requirements
- Confident, warm, and engaging personality on camera.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- High stamina to hold live audience attention for a full shift.
- Strong sense of credibility to earn customer trust.
- Highly coachable and open to receiving direct feedback.
- Organized enough to manage own prep and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule: 07:00-15:30 or 15:30-00:00, Monday to Friday.
- No prior live selling experience required; full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Host live shows Monday to Friday across TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay Live, and the company platform.
- Sell gold, silver, and collectibles in real-time to a global community.
- Build a loyal community that returns for scheduled shows.
- Learn product details to answer serious collector questions accurately.
- Manage show floor pacing, energy, promotional offers, and closing sales.
- Complete daily prep before airtime and a short wrap-up after broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the campaign and creative team to sharpen show formats.
- Provide audience feedback to internal stakeholders.
