Requirements
- Hands-on professional experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) in a production environment for at least 1 year
- Experience with RAG setup, agent setup, and LLM observability tools
- Python proficiency
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Strong product mindset capable of challenging the product roadmap
- Proven ability to implement and deploy AI-based features in production
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation challenges
- Ability to deliver clean, production-ready code autonomously
Responsibilities
- Choose and orchestrate models to process and analyze multimodal data
- Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to handle medical documents and patient histories
- Build agentic systems for drug development tasks like patient recruitment or site selection
- Work with software engineers, product managers, and data engineers to integrate AI into the platform
- Implement robust and scalable pipelines meeting production-grade engineering standards
